Senior Customer Success Manager

As Senior Customer Success Manager you’ll be responsible for engaging with Users across a portfolio of top-tier customers.

You’ll be tasked with maximising usage through optimising the end-to-end experience, providing welcome information and orientation material, new feature and system training.

Based in our office in Richmond, Surrey and working alongside a Senior Account Manager you’ll implement customer-specific activity to strengthen relationships and build wider user communities.

You’ll also be monitoring usage trends to devise strategies to maximise engagement and maintain satisfaction levels.

You’ll be joining a busy, friendly and highly capable team, in this office-based role and as a pro-active self-starter you’ll feel at home whether working autonomously or cohesively as a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Highly educated, you’ll have a passion and interest in technology and an ability to build a good rapport with customers.

With experience in a similar role, you’ll have the aptitude to identify trends, ingenuity to create solutions and skills to influence behaviours.

Remuneration

  • Base salary £32,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience
  • Performance-related bonus £12,000
