With the exciting merger of three different business units, UPS Capital, Ware2Go, and Delivery Solutions, UPS had to ensure that all talent across the merger was aligned with the core focus areas.

UPS needed one central, accessible, and secure location for their regionally dispersed teams to communicate and collaborate with each other. The goal was to strengthen internal relationships, boost morale, and drive improvements in productivity and key performance indicators.
