An international company had an onboarding programme that was still in print format.
The HR Manager had been tasked to ‘put it online’ but didn’t know where to start.
After watching a WebEx of PageTiger in action, it all became simple.PageTiger created a template theme using her brand guidelines. The template had ready-made pages covering usual onboarding topics. She could add or delete pages as required and insert the company words and photos from the existing printed programme.
What’s more, she could now make sure employees were actually reading it by including interactive tests for each section. The system tracked each reader, so she could check which pages had been read and which links had been clicked.
Unsurprisingly, this went down a storm. Other departments wanted to use PageTiger. Internal Comms wanted to produce an online monthly newsletter, Finance wanted to produce management reports.
