Join the team

The Role

Throughout 2018 we’ll be expanding our sales team, which is part of the company’s commercial division responsible for marketing, pre-sales, sales and client engagement, retention and development.

You’ll be responsible for proactive engagement with website visitors and managing inbound enquiries from new leads and existing client groups.

Using product knowledge and marketing collateral you’ll create a conversation with these potential new clients, building up a rapport that reflects company values while discovering client needs, budgets and expectations.

The goal? Either you’ll close the sale directly or you’ll arrange a meeting with one of PageTiger’s product specialists.

Key responsibilities

  • Achievement of qualified enquiry targets (quantitative)
  • Achievement of qualified enquiry targets (qualitative)
  • Achievement of customer satisfaction survey scores
  • Submission of management reporting information

We’re looking for talented individuals who…

  • Have a tangible interest in tech
  • Are able to convey passion for product to customers – but without being pushy
  • Have a friendly and confident phone manner
  • Possess a high standard of written English
  • Thrive in a hard-working but collaborative environment
  • A second language (Spanish/German) would be an advantage

In return we offer…

  • A base salary of between £22,000-27,000 (DOE)

The Role

Throughout 2018 we’ll be expanding our sales team, which is part of the company’s commercial division responsible for marketing, pre-sales, sales and client engagement, retention and development.

You’ll be responsible for negotiating and closing orders from new Clients and new Accounts within an existing Client Group.

You’ll do this by delivering brilliant presentations and demonstrations through a variety of mediums – online screen shares, face-to-face meetings and group events.

An essential part of this role is to build a fantastic client relationship, developing a clear understanding of client needs and targeting this to include the full range of PageTiger products.

Key responsibilities

  • Achievement of sales targets
  • Achievement of customer satisfaction survey scores
  • Submission of management reporting information

We’re looking for talented individuals who…

  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience in a software sales environment
  • Possess a demonstrable interest in tech
  • Have a track record of building positive and fruitful client relationships
  • Are able to convey passion for product to customers – but without being pushy
  • Have a friendly and confident phone manner
  • Possess a high standard of written English
  • Thrive in a hard-working but collaborative environment
  • A second language (Spanish/German) would be an advantage

The Role

We have an amazing client base with some of the world’s biggest names using PageTiger. Your responsibility is to develop this base, gaining new clients from existing Client Groups and acting as an evangelist for extended use of our software. The approach employed will vary depending on the client, but you will be expected to build strong and meaningful relationships that result in commercial success.

Key responsibilities

  • Growing Client Groups (both in terms of numbers of users and revenue)
  • Developing the way these Client Group use PageTiger
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for existing clients

  • Have demonstrable experience of building strong relationships with clients
  • Are confident pitching, be it to a single individual or a packed room
  • Possess a passion for tech
  • Have experience of interpreting data
  • Are experienced users of the PageTiger system
  • Can talk about software in an enthusiastic but simple-to-understand way
  • Have a friendly and confident phone manner 

  • Possess a high standard of written English 

  • Thrive in a hard-working but collaborative environment
  • Are prepared to travel nationally and internationally

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring our clients are fully engaged with our software, using it to create brilliant, flagbearer content. The purpose? To create enthusiasm in, and understanding of, our product in order to achieve the subscription renewal targets that are a crucial part of our commercial strategy.

As part of this you will be responsible for monitoring quantitative and qualitative activity by individual, Account and Client Group to ensure full engagement.

A fundamental aspect of this role is to educate users on our fantastic software. This means you’ll be leading on learning activity via events, workshops and online training.

  • Promoting understanding and knowledge of the PageTiger system
  • Leading on all learning initiatives and developing our learning programme

  • Can talk about software in an enthusiastic but simple-to-understand way
  • Can demonstrate success in deploying learning to groups and individuals
  • Have experience of using a variety of mediums to communicate
  • Possess a high standard of written English
