Child Account

Create and manage your team's documents in your own space, using templates and settings shared from your Parent account

Overview

A Child account sits beneath a Parent account. It lets you create, secure, distribute and track documents, just like any PageTiger account.

You can also use the templates and settings your Parent Account shares with you, so your documents stay on-brand and consistent with the rest of your organisation.

Account Owner

Every Child account must have an Account Owner, who is responsible for managing that account's users.

Account settings and user roles
Child Account settings take priority over user role permissions. For example, if Menus is switched off in the Child Account settings, no one in that account can use it, even if their role includes that permission. If a user can't find an option they expect to see, check the Child Account settings first.
