A summary of the latest updates and improvements made to PageTiger

New

  • SCORM 2004 3rd Edition is now supported, so PageTiger documents can be used with learning systems that only accept this edition.

  • Pages in the Document Builder are now organised into groups, with a group filter to help you quickly find matching layouts without scrolling through a single mixed list.

  • Chart labels are now translated when the Translations tool is used.

  • References to Universal Analytics (UA) have been updated to Measurement ID for the Google Analytics rule.

  • Outbound notification webhooks are now identified and signed, so receiving systems can verify that each notification genuinely comes from PageTiger before accepting it.

  • EVL has been renamed to Contact List in the Public API.

Improvements

  • The spellchecker in Text and Story panels now remembers the chosen language preference.
  • Formatting options in a Text and Story panel (including text colour, special characters and placeholders), remain available when the AI Word Generator sidebar is hidden.
  • Replace Colours in TigerDesigner has been enhanced for quicker, more reliable colour changes.
  • Locked panels in page library pages remain locked, keeping protected panels as intended.
  • Components used in public page library page keep their colours and fonts when unlinked in a document.
  • Public templates containing an AI-generated video copy smoothly if the original avatar isn’t included in the service plan. An available alternative avatar is selected automatically, with the script kept intact, so editing can continue straight away.
  • Mandatory quizzes with attempt limits stay marked as complete once passed, so returning readers can move past them. Unfinished quizzes still show the “Required interactions” message.
  • Videos now fit fully within pop-up boxes, with no cropping.
  • Field titles in the Forward to a colleague/friend module have been refreshed for clarity.
  • iFrame modules respect the scrolling and single-page settings of the embedded PageTiger document.
  • The Play Audio module scales more effectively, so the module stays visible on any device.
  • The hover message on the Create Copy button for AI videos in the Resources Manager closes neatly once the button is clicked.
  • Page turn buttons in High Contrast view stay in place while the page is scrolled.
  • Pages set to stretch to width now fill the browser width, and taller pages scroll down naturally.
  • The LMS tab updates seamlessly after a SCORM package is downloaded, with no unnecessary messages.
  • Translations stay locked until translating is complete, ensuring they are only reviewed and edited once they are fully ready.
  • PDFs imported into TigerDesigner display with the correct orientation, visible area and aspect ratio.
  • The 'Reset Password' button for users in My Account > Users resets passwords smoothly.
  • The Public API tracker appears in an account as soon as a subscription is purchased.
  • Usage on shared Public API subscriptions is pooled across every team account in the group, giving a clear and accurate view of the shared monthly allowance.
