Automatically create and send personalised PDF to your visitors

Certification allows you to automatically generate and send a personalised PDF document to a visitor when they are awarded a Badge in an Assessment module, providing them with an immediate, professional record of their achievement.

This feature is fully automated, ensuring every successful completion is recognised consistently without additional administrative work.

  • You have complete control over the design and layout of the PDF and can insert placeholders that automatically populate with visitor details, such as full name or location.

  • Visitors can receive an email copy of their certificate or download it at any time from their account.

  • As an administrator, you can view where each certificate has been used and track who it has been issued to, and when.

The document containing an assessment that awards the certificate must be secured with either a Reader Login or an SSO security rule.
