The PageTiger system was developed in response to the universal need for a simple way to put content online. Ahead in the field, the development team has kept innovating to ensure the product is in a class of its own. The Role

PageTiger is looking to expand the Creative Team with the addition of an Integrated Designer. Ideally with several years’ agency experience behind you, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment.

With our enviable client list, you will have the chance to work on some major brands across FMCG, financial, retail, entertainment and more. You’ll work across a variety of formats and projects – online magazines, brochures, web portals, templates, e-marketing and brand development. This is a highly diverse role and every day presents a different challenge.

You’ll be fully conversant in Adobe CS and related software with a strong print and digital portfolio. You’ll have a solid grasp of the online environment and if you have an understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS), you’ll be the perfect fit.

As part of a small, enthusiastic creative department, you will be a natural team player, adaptable and passionate about delivering a first class job. We’re looking for a talented individual who is full of ideas and keen to add your own style and creative flair.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms – web, mobile, social and emerging platforms
  • Previous experience of maintaining a visual style across multiple projects and platforms
  • Ability to be a creative thinker with advanced skills in design, typography, layout and interactive engagement
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and ideally HTML/CSS skills
  • At least 3 years experience in an agency environment

The Role

Join our friendly, motivated Creative Team and work with big brands on innovative online projects. This new position has been created due to exceptional demand from our clients, who love our work and want more of it.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role with loads of variety. You will be responsible for taking projects from the initial client brief to completion, overseeing design and uploading the publication to the web.

The Creative Team handle a wide range of projects for a mainly blue-chip client base. There is an emphasis on internal communications, such as online induction programmes, training manuals and learning systems. Other projects include online magazines, newsletters, reports, presentations and brochures. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to transform dry content into an online experience that both informs and engages the reader.

This is a busy environment with multiple projects going through the studio at any one time. No two days are the same in this role. You’ll be adept at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced workflow.

As a senior member of the team, you will have full responsibility for your own client list. The Editor works closely with clients to guide them through the process of moving content online. Prior experience of working with clients at this level is vital.

We are looking for an Editor with a thorough understanding and appreciation of the online environment. You will become an expert on the PageTiger publishing system and deliver clients maximum impact from the online environment. Top-level writing and editing skills are essential, along with a strong creative vision.

As part of a small, hard-working team, the Editor will pitch in at all levels:

  • Project management from initial concept to final publication
  • Liaising with clients
  • Copywriting for a variety of industries and audiences
  • Proofreading, subbing and editing
  • Sourcing images and overseeing design
  • Use of the PageTiger publishing system

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience in a similar role and the following attributes:

  • Good degree
  • Excellent communicator with client handling skills
  • Project management experience
  • Proven ability to write strong commercial copy
  • Highly IT literate
  • Keen interest in online publishing

The Role

The Training Manager will be responsible for providing both hands-on and remote training on the PageTiger system to our corporate client base. This is a new, influential role that will suit a bright, organised and dynamic individual who has previous experience in the delivery of training.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of delivering high-quality training to either internal or external clients. The role requires a confident, approachable manner and the ability to relay technical information clearly to a non-technical audience. You will need to be confident in presenting to groups and comfortable dealing with all levels of seniority. Experience of delivering online training would also be beneficial.

The appointed candidate will be working with the PageTiger development team, gaining an in-depth knowledge of the system and its capabilities. Strong IT skills are essential to this role. As there is a design element to the PageTiger system, there is also the need to educate our clients on basic design principles.

The Training Manager will be booking in training sessions directly with clients, so an organized approach to managing your time and travel is needed, as well as an impeccable phone and email manner. At all times, you will be acting as the face of PageTiger, developing and improving our client relationships. Your ability to develop strong relationships and focus on the customer experience will be a real advantage.

This is a diverse role, requiring frequent travel throughout the UK and some international trips. In addition, you may be required to deliver online training to international clients outside of usual working hours. As you will be delivering training sessions at our clients’ offices, you will need to be confident in setting up computers and networks in a variety of different environments and overcoming any technical issues as they arise.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role and the following attributes:

  • Highly IT literate
  • Good degree
  • Excellent communicator across all levels
  • Customer relationship experience
  • Happy to travel extensively
