About the role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Marketing Executive who wants to work in an ambitious company with exciting growth plans

The candidate will have responsibility for PageTiger’s digital channels, online marketing activity and community management across all social media platforms.

You will be working in collaboration with the wider Commercial team to gather insights for promotional content to fill the leads funnel and support the customer journey. You’ll be joining a busy, friendly, and highly capable team in this office-based role, and as a pro-active self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude you’ll have ambition and drive to succeed.

You will need plenty of energy for this role as there is lots to be done, and we’re looking for someone who will be motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-growing company.

The role is office-based and reports to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of strategic digital and social media marketing comms – planning, execution and reporting.
  • Manage the digital communication journeys and day to day activity, targeting both prospects and customers across digital marketing and social media.
  • Initiate and manage creative copywriting and briefing in associated design assets required for a busy and impactful presence across all digital and social channels, making sure our content stands out to generate traction and results.
  • Create long-form content like blogs, articles, interviews and thought leadership pieces positioning PageTiger as the go-to provider for ‘what’s new’ within our industry.
  • Offer new and innovative ways of bringing the PageTiger proposition to life for our audiences through clever storytelling.
  • Responsible for all website updates, regular reporting of web analytics and conducting website reviews.
  • Work closely with the wider Commercial team to help fill the leads funnel and enhance the customer journey through clever marketing outreach and CRM nurturing paths.
  • Ensure customers and contacts are followed and nurtured across social channels and the wider digital journey.
  • Conduct regular digital channel analysis of key competitors to ensure stand out.
  • Ongoing research of topics and discussions online (blogs, chat rooms, review sites etc.) around trending topics, and initiate internal and regular sharing of key findings.
  • Responsible for regular reporting and analysis of activity and performance against set KPIs.

Skills/experience needed

  • Previous experience in a relevant position (3+ years marketing experience).
  • B2B Marketing experience (SaaS experience is desirable).
  • Digital savvy with experience in using digital marketing tools including; HubSpot Enterprise Suite (or similar CRM), Automated email marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising, social platforms tool.
  • Passion for generating content that stands out and not afraid to suggest new ways of doing things.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and ability to build a story through engaging copy and creative designs.
  • Good researching skills to deliver valuable insights into the market and competitor landscapes.
  • Enjoys engaging with all levels of the business to find the golden nuggets of information that leads to outstanding, industry leading content and promotions.
  • Commercially focused with experience of marketing principles and techniques to create a marketing communication flow and nurturing paths that leads to sales.
  • True team spirit and happy to roll up their sleeves and help a colleague, even if something falls outside of their remit.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Remuneration

  • £25,000 - £35,000 per year, dependant on experience.
