About this role

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, sociable person with a genuine passion for customer support to join our technical team in Lincoln. Reporting directly to the Support Manager, you will have good technical ability, a willingness to learn and be able to communicate in an approachable, supportive manner. An eye for design is also a must, as you will be supporting our customers to get the very best from our digital design tool.

• Live chat messenger (Intercom) and email based technical support
• Respond to and resolve technical queries/how to’s
• Offer guidance and inspiration to customers
• Work closely with our Development team to investigate, test and fix complex issues
• Design and build customer branded themes
• Support our Commercial team throughout the presales process

Remuneration

• Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
• Annual profit share bonus
